About The Position

As a Driver Recruiter at Knight Transportation, you’ll play a critical role in connecting professional drivers with opportunities that support their goals and livelihood. You’ll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey — helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry’s most respected transportation companies.

Requirements

Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
