About The Position
Fifth Gear Automotive is a nationally ranked, family-owned independent auto repair company with 11 locations across the DFW area. The company services all makes and models and provides dealer-level service in a modern, state-of-the-art environment. The Driver/Porter supports daily shop operations by driving customers, cars, and parts, and by cleaning cars and the shop. The role involves interacting with customers and suppliers and helping ensure customers feel valued. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, a consistent year-round workload, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Clean driving record for the past two years.
- Reliable and punctual, with a people-first mindset.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of manual driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Shuttle customers.
- Maintain clean shops and clean cars.
- Help service advisors and technicians support customers.
