About The Position

The Driver / Plant Operator safely delivers products to customers and company locations while supporting plant production and bottling operations. The role involves operating a company vehicle, handling products and materials, operating plant equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate demonstrates accountability, teamwork, customer focus, integrity, resourcefulness, clear communication, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 50–80 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to drive for extended periods when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Delivery driving experience.
• Warehouse or plant experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers and company locations.
• Load and unload products accurately and safely.
• Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes.
• Provide professional and friendly service during deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns.
• Operate plant equipment used in production and bottling.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload materials used in plant operations.
• Assist with inventory and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
