About The Position

The Driver / Plant Operator safely delivers products to customers and company locations while also operating plant equipment used in production and bottling. The role includes loading and unloading products and materials, following assigned routes and delivery schedules, providing professional customer service, monitoring production quality, assisting with inventory and material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The employee follows safety procedures and company guidelines and keeps the company vehicle clean while reporting maintenance concerns.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift and move 50–80 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to drive for extended periods when needed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Delivery driving experience.
Warehouse or plant experience.
Forklift experience.
