About The Position

This seasonal position provides general backup to Applicators. Responsibilities include general lot and grounds maintenance, receiving and delivering products, and supporting equipment compliance. The role may also involve operating tender trucks, assisting with inventory measurements, maintaining records, and helping with facility and equipment upkeep.

• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Acceptable driving history.
• Ability to bend and climb in and out of a truck.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds unassisted.

Nice To Haves

• Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain an Ag CDL.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge.
• Hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Assist with housekeeping and facility grounds maintenance, including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snow.
• Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
