About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The driver safely operates a company vehicle and provides excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. The role involves loading, transporting, and delivering or retrieving orders along a route without assistance, while following security and regulatory procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork and records. The position requires physical handling of customer materials and collaboration with operations staff and customers to support a seamless service experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds, with an average weight of 170 pounds.
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders.
• Be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable customer service and clear verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles while following security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on time and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records.
• Load and transport orders and drive the assigned route without assistance.
• Work with the operations team and customers to provide high-quality customer service and ensure seamless delivery and retrieval.
