About The Position
Power-Flo Technologies Buffalo is now hiring a Non-CDL Driver to drive our box and stake trucks. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM.
Requirements
- Box truck or Flatbed experience required. No CDL required.
- Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles
- Ability to work in the warehouse
- Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
- Ability to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learn
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
- Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
- Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
- Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.
- Pull and stage orders for shipment
- Organize Inventory
- Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles
