About The Position

Square Cow Moovers is hiring dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Drivers and Movers for its Dallas–Fort Worth team. The role involves safely loading, unloading, and transporting clients’ belongings; assisting with local, long-distance, and commercial moves; and providing excellent customer service. Driver positions also involve driving 26-foot box trucks to and from job sites and completing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. The work is physically demanding and requires lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more, including on stairs. Moving experience is welcome but not required.

Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour based on experience, with daily tips and the potential to earn $30 or more per hour in total compensation. The company provides paid training, a 401(k) with a company match up to 3%, potential travel for long-distance moves, and growth opportunities. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekday and weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• For Driver positions: must be at least 21 years old.
• For Driver positions: must have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• For Driver positions: no more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years.

Responsibilities
