Requirements

Valid driver's license and DOT card (if applicable).
Clean motor vehicle driving record.
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
Ability and prior experience driving a 26 ft box truck, including completing logs and inspections.
Must be able to complete all training and requirements to qualify as an Olympia driver.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to the branch location for on-time arrival.
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation.
Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills.
Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds regularly.
Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day.
Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge.
Available for on-time very early a.m. dispatch (e.g., 4:30 a.m. starts) and able to arrive on time.
High school or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances.
Load and unload large items to and from trucks, ensuring safe loading of shipments to legal capacity.
Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, with careful attention to protecting fragile goods.
Unpack items and arrange new spaces according to customer specifications.
Maintain vehicle equipment, including filling the fuel tank and performing general motor vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed for safety via the company app.
Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.

Benefits

Hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
Annual Potential: $35,000 - $55,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips).
$1,800.00 sign on bonus opportunity.
