About The Position

MagReTech, LLC is a leading provider of recycling services specializing in magnesium, located in Bellevue, OH. They are committed to sustainable practices and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves moving parts, goods, and merchandise, as well as transporting materials, supplies, and finished products. Driving will account for approximately 50% of the time, both on-site and over-the-road. The remaining 50% will be spent in warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping. The role requires willingness to work in the warehouse when driving is not needed and to operate a forklift and skid steer (training provided). The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Employees will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks themselves. Incentive bonuses are available after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Valid CDL license required.
Ability to drive safely.
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
Ability to plan delivery routes.
Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.

Responsibilities

Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
Confirms shipping details or special instructions; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule.
Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks, skid steerer and skids).
Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
