About The Position

Paul Transportation is hiring a full-time, on-site Driver Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to oversee and support a fleet of flatbed truck drivers. The role is suited to someone with a background in trucking operations, transportation, or dispatching who can work in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with an early start by 7:00 AM, and includes an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation. Compensation is $50,000–$55,000 per year base, plus a performance-based incentive program.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a fleet of flatbed truck drivers.

• Handle driver scheduling, home-time requests, and equipment needs.
