Requirements
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
- Must undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through forms and licensing steps
- Examine identification documents to confirm accuracy and prevent fraud
- Give vision screenings and knowledge tests to measure applicant readiness
- Enter customer information and test results into required computer systems
- Provide clear answers about services, requirements, and licensing options
- Follow all policies, fee waiver rules, and REAL ID regulations
