Requirements

• One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
• Must undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide forms, and guide applicants through required steps for licensing services
• Examine identification documents to confirm authenticity and prevent fraud
• Administer knowledge tests and vision screenings to evaluate applicants readiness for licensing
• Enter application information and test results into online systems accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer questions and explain requirements for REAL ID, commercial licensing, and other services
• Follow policies, fee waiver guidelines, Title VI requirements, and Driver and Vehicle Services customer service standards
