About The Position

This full-time, hourly position involves loading, delivering, and installing equipment at various customer sites for emergency or scheduled events. The role requires significant driving, sometimes involving long distances or overnight stays. As the "face of Axis," the technician will provide professional and respectful customer service, solve on-site challenges, and maintain equipment and vehicle organization. Communication with the team and utilization of company technology for tracking progress are essential. Adherence to professional uniform standards is also required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Experience in box trucks and sprinter vans is a plus.
  • A 5-year clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling 25+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working on ladders.
  • Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops; able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers.
  • 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to deepen expertise in HVAC diagnostics, service, and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in box trucks and sprinter vans.

Responsibilities

  • Load, deliver, and install equipment to customer sites for emergency or scheduled events.
  • Provide professional and respectful customer service.

  • Keep equipment clean and vehicles organized.
  • Adhere to professional uniform standards.
  • Perform unboxing, testing, preparing, and cleaning of equipment in the warehouse.
