About The Position

Ironclad Environmental Solutions (IES) is hiring a local truck driver in Corpus Christi, Texas. The role transports equipment used for customers’ temporary liquid and solid storage, pumping, and filtration needs. Drivers work a Monday-to-Friday schedule and are home daily, though occasional overnight travel may be needed. The position involves operating heavy equipment, serving customers, and supporting safe, efficient equipment delivery and pickup.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
At least 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate; experience within the last 7 years is preferred.
Experience with roll-off or winch trucks; heavy-haul experience is preferred.
Valid Tanker Endorsement.
At least 6 months of roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
TWIC card.
Valid medical certificate and physical qualification to drive a commercial vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder level.
English proficiency sufficient for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
CDL driving experience from military service is accepted.

Responsibilities

Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to and from local customers.
Survey customer property, set up equipment, and secure it on the property.
Routinely inspect the vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep.
Document work performed on equipment deliveries and pickups.
Transport non-hazardous loads to and from landfills when requested.
