About The Position

Ironclad Environmental Solutions (IES) is hiring a local truck driver to transport equipment for customers’ liquid and solid temporary storage, pumping, and filtration needs. The role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with drivers home daily, though occasional overnight travel may be needed. Drivers work with heavy equipment and interact with customers while delivering and collecting equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict compliance with company safety protocols. Candidates must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check. The job description may be amended at the employer’s discretion and may not include every assigned duty.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
At least 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate; experience within the last 7 years is preferred.
Valid Tanker Endorsement.
At least 6 months of roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
TWIC card.
Valid medical certificate and physical qualification to drive a commercial vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder level.
Proficiency in English to communicate, follow highway signs, and complete reports.
Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Military CDL driving experience is accepted.

Nice To Haves

Experience with roll-off or winch trucks; heavy-haul experience is preferred.
Hazmat Endorsement.
Towing experience.

Responsibilities

Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to and from local customers.
Survey customer property, set up equipment, and secure it on the property.
Routinely inspect the vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep.
Document work performed on equipment deliveries and pickups.
Transport non-hazardous loads to and from landfills when asked.
