About The Position

In-N-Out Burgers is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver based at its Chino, California warehouse. The role delivers and rotates products to In-N-Out restaurants and satellite warehouses, ensuring locations receive fresh, high-quality ingredients. Drivers also perform warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and pulling orders for store deliveries, while providing excellent customer service and working cooperatively with the team. The schedule is four nights per week on a rotating schedule, with 10-hour shifts starting between 12:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and overtime may be needed. The position is hourly and non-exempt, and pays $39.00 per hour. The fleet includes Peterbilt Classic Day Cabs with Carrier-brand quiet reefers and 13-speed Eaton transmissions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least two years of experience as a CDL-holder delivery driver.
Valid Class A driver’s license.
Ability to lift 60–75 pounds continuously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and complete assignments safely and accurately with minimal supervision.
Pass a company-administered driving test.
Ability to properly operate a 10-speed and 13-speed transmission.
Ability to drive a manual transmission.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of food service delivery, restaurant, or beverage delivery experience.
Smith System certified driver.

Responsibilities

Operate a company truck to make daily deliveries to In-N-Out restaurants in Southern California.
Deliver and rotate products.
Ensure customers receive fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, lift gates, hand trucks, and dolly.
Move large product racks.
Establish and maintain excellent customer service relationships.
Perform warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks and pulling orders for store deliveries.
Perform duties with pride and work in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
