We are seeking a DRIVER HELPER to join our team in San Leandro, CA! Our Helper performs an array of functions that include, but aren’t limited to, loading and unloading shipments, vaulting and un-vaulting shipments, inventory control and other general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to follow directions.
• Able to lift 100+ lbs.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must have clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and criminal background checks as well as drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Able to drive 26’ straight truck (Automatic)

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading shipments
• Vaulting and un-vaulting shipments
• Inventory control
• Other general warehouse duties
• Assist driver in checking off and loading items scheduled to be delivered on his next route.
• Loading with care to ensure items will not be damaged during transport.
• Assist driver in following Berger delivery SOP.
