About The Position

The Driver Helper will be expected to assist the driver in delivering and/or unloading windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers, and/or construction job sites using a box truck. This role involves tailgating finished goods manufactured by Cascade Windows, ensuring accurate product count, and unloading/loading and securing return merchandise when authorized. The position is responsible for the safe and efficient unloading and loading of windows and doors, delivering the correct product to customers, and completing all required paperwork accurately. The Driver Helper must comply with rules and company procedures while performing job duties and interact courteously and professionally with dispatcher, company staff (shipping, customer service, and transportation), and customers. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Shipping Manager.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ experience in loading, particularly in a window manufacturing environment preferred.
Glass handling and/or glass knowledge preferred.
Forklift experience/certification is preferred.
