About The Position

The Driver Helper delivers Anheuser-Busch products to local retail accounts alongside company drivers. The role supports daily delivery operations, which may involve changing routes and account types. It includes transporting cases and kegs, interacting with retailers, handling payments and delivery documentation, and helping with warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Commercial Driver's License (Class A).
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 pounds and fulfill the physical requirements of the job.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• One or more years of logistics or warehouse management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous beverage delivery industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to deliver products to retail accounts.
• Follow an outlined itinerary and work as part of a team; account types and delivery routes may change based on daily needs.
• Collect payments from accounts as needed.
• Lift, stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer of varying weights to accounts.
• Build relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating product as necessary to ensure freshness.
• Complete and submit required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash or checks within appropriate time frames.
• Complete the Department of Transportation checklist accurately and report maintenance problems and accidents promptly.
• Manually load and unload product from a side-loader truck.
• Perform warehouse duties as assigned.
