About The Position
This position rides with the Class 1 Local Delivery Driver on established routes to ensure accurate, on-time delivery for GFS customers within standard operating procedures. Shifts will be based out of Delta. Successful candidates will be working with a posted driver on a dedicated route in downtown Vancouver.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, load, push, pull and carry items up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work independently as well as assist team members when necessary
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Safe operation of all equipment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Professional demeanor and customer service focus
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, physically demanding position

- Consistent on-time attendance
- Availability for weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Correctly offloading product to customer location
- Assisting the Class 1 Local Delivery Driver with product delivery
- Other duties as assigned
