About The Position
This position operates a bus for the purpose of carrying passengers on our Demand Response service in a safe manner and in accordance with local, county, state, and federal laws as well as company policies. This is a mid-level position that requires strong independent judgment in operating the bus for the safety of the passengers and the public.
Requirements
- Above average communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a variety of people and fellow employees
- Must have, or have the ability to obtain, a MS CDL Class B with "P" passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Must pass the company Drug and Alcohol screening test and abide by all drug free workplace policies and FTA/DOT guidelines
- Must pass a pre-employment physical examination, to include a vision test
- Capable of performing all tasks in a variety of weather conditions
