About The Position

As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities include loading and delivering materials to customer locations, interacting with customers during delivery, performing warehouse operations such as pulling, packing, and shipping orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area. This role requires adherence to safety standards and involves working in diverse environments including warehouses, customer sites, and supplier facilities with moderate noise levels and exposure to varying temperatures. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class B License with Hazmat endorsement.
  • Acceptable driving record for the past 7 years (per DOT requirements).
  • Strong math, measurement, and basic reading/comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally (with equipment).
  • Comfortable with walking, standing, bending, and other physical activities throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in pick, pack, shipping, receiving, or hazardous material handling is a plus.
  • Prior manufacturing environment experience is a bonus.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Load trucks efficiently based on delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to customer locations.
  • Assist with unloading at customer sites, secure proper delivery acknowledgments, and pick up empty drums/pallets as needed.
  • Pull, pack, and ship orders accurately and replenish inventory daily.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure materials are received and processed promptly.
  • Keep the work area neat and orderly while adhering to safety standards.
