We are currently looking for a Driver/Concrete Pickup position at our Las Vegas location! GeoTek is looking for a concrete pickup / driver to join our Las Vegas office. No experience required, we will train the right individual willing to learn a new trade. Must be willing to work outside performing physical duties in the construction industry. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 60 plus pounds throughout the day
- Ability to accomplish tasks under adverse weather and/or site conditions.
- May be required to work in confined spaces and climb and work at above average heights.
- Good or corrected vision and manual dexterity.
Nice To Haves
- No experience required, we will train the right individual willing to learn a new trade.
- This position usually transitions into a fulltime field technician role.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of construction sample pickups throughout the Las Vegas valley and returns them to the office and logs them appropriately.
- Effectively communicate with Supervisor and Dispatch to obtain daily work assignments.
- Driving throughout the valley in a safe manner.
- Competent in navigating construction sites.
- Prepares and submits own time sheet for approval daily.
- Maintains positive business relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
