About The Position

This position will work in the grain and agronomy operations and will require occasional overtime including weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates must have a valid Ohio Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record including no DUI's or OVI's for the past five years. The candidate will also need to maintain a minimum of one (1) year DOT physical and any necessary endorsements. An agricultural background is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws.
Must have an acceptable Commercial Class A Driver License record, no DUI or OVI for five years
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be drug free and follow Company drug and alcohol policies
Must be safety minded and follow all safety procedures and policies
Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines
Must possess a strong attention to detail
Must have good communication skills
Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment
Adaptable, self-starter, dependable
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, tolerate both cold and warm temperatures and dusty conditions
Valid medical card (minimum of annual renewal)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Properly load/unload trucks
Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment
Clean and maintain truck on a daily basis
Communicate with management concerning daily activities
Ensure Safety compliance
Maintain & record maintenance of all equipment
High level of professionalism and customer service thinking
Flexibility with hours and overtime
Willingness to learn and follow all company policies and rules
Good communication skills
Work well individually and as a team
Willingness and ability to work outside in all weather
Assisting with Agronomy and Grain operations when needed
Compliance with all OSHA, EPA, DOT and Company policies, procedures and practices is expected.
Must be drug free and agree to follow all drug and alcohol policies which include participation in pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
