About The Position

Hope Network is hiring a Driver/Chauffeur to safely transport passengers and provide excellent customer service while representing the organization’s mission. Drivers assist passengers, help ensure they are secured, and provide safe and comfortable rides. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness, fueling vehicles as needed, completing daily logs and reports, following emergency procedures and passenger safety rules, and communicating with dispatch and customer care by two-way radio. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week. Routes are local, with drivers home daily.

Requirements

Passion for safety and providing excellent customer service.
Ability to follow traffic laws, procedures, and safety rules.
Friendly, reliable, and a strong communicator.
Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License, or ability to obtain one.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers as needed.
Ability to pass a DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
Ability to comply with HIPAA standards.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, rideshare driver, or chauffeur.

Responsibilities
