About The Position
Shriners Children's Galveston has a full time Driver position available! Must be bilingual (Spanish/English.) The Driver coordinates and transports patients, staff and families to various destinations in a safe and professional manner. This position is 8 hours, Monday - Friday, no weekends/holidays.
Requirements
- State of Texas driver license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- BLS certification within 30 days

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and transports patients and families to various destinations in a safe and professional manner.
- Ensures patients are returned without undue delay.
- Maintains vehicles preventive maintenance logs.
- Keeps vehicles clean and serviced.
- Maintains registration of all vehicles and schedules repairs.
- Ensures vehicles are inspected/serviced on a quarterly basis.
- Maintains vehicles State Inspection Certificates.
