Driver/ Activities Assistant
About The Position

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sparking conversation, encouraging participation, and creating meaningful experiences. You’ll also play a key role in the planning, setup, and execution of celebrations and lifestyle events, helping bring energy and creativity to our community. Tech-savvy candidates are a huge plus! You’ll have the opportunity to assist residents with their devices and technology, helping them stay connected with family and the world around them. Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude
- Comfortable leading activities and engaging with seniors
Nice To Haves
- Tech-savvy is a plus (helping residents with devices!)
- Previous senior living experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Help plan and lead fun daily activities & events
- Encourage resident participation and connection
- Support celebrations, outings, and lifestyle programs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Safely drive residents to appointments, shopping, and outings
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle
- Help maintain clean, safe vehicles
