The Role The Driveline Performance Development Engineer verifies vehicle performance against requirements and leads the analysis, development, and control of driveline systems. The role requires strong independent judgment, creativity, and initiative to solve complex engineering challenges and advance vehicle performance. Operating with broad direction from the group manager, the engineer develops technical solutions, evaluates system performance, and ensures alignment with overall vehicle objectives while collaborating cross‑functionally to support integration, testing, and validation.
