This full-time position involves working collaboratively with peers to identify referral opportunities and ensuring products are offered and explained clearly and accurately. The role requires conducting teller service transactions courteously, accurately, and efficiently, while also reconciling and balancing the teller drawer, mail drop, and night depository. Responsibilities include investigating and correcting discrepancies, assisting other departments with routine tasks, and supporting the York State Bank Operating Philosophy in all customer interactions. The goal is to minimize errors, exhibit professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and maintain regular attendance. Employees must also conduct their personal finances in a manner consistent with the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct.
