Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the building industry or in a management position.
• Knowledge of the building industry and managing people.
• Knowledge of building materials.
• Ability to exhibit leadership and independent judgment.
• Ability to interact and communicate well with customers, store personnel, and management.
• Ability to perform constant heavy work and occasional extra-heavy work, including regular heavy lifting.
