About The Position

The Drive Thru Supervisor is a management position responsible for supervising Drive Thru personnel and overseeing company assets in the Drive Thru area, including inventory, equipment, and buildings. The role requires leadership and independent judgment to manage, train, and motivate personnel while upholding the company’s standards and mission. The supervisor must communicate and interact effectively with customers, store personnel, and management. Knowledge of building materials is necessary.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the building industry or in a management position.
• Knowledge of the building industry and managing people.
• Knowledge of building materials.
• Ability to exhibit leadership and independent judgment.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers, store personnel, and management.
• Ability to perform constant heavy work and occasional extra heavy work, including regular heavy lifting.

• Supervise Drive Thru personnel and manage the company’s assets in the Drive Thru area, including inventory, equipment, and buildings.
• Manage, train, and motivate Drive Thru personnel.
