About The Position

The Drive Thru Associate assists customers with online pickup purchases and drive-thru bulk loading, and helps with warehouse duties as needed. The role involves serving customers in the BOPUS and drive-thru areas, processing purchases, preparing ordered products for pickup, handling and staging freight, and loading products into customer vehicles. Associates are expected to follow loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the BOPUS and drive-thru areas.
• Operate the cash register to scan and bag purchases, and collect and process customer payments.
• Obtain products customers ordered and prepare them for pickup as needed.
• Move freight to staging areas or shelves.
• Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors.
• Move palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from one pallet to another.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Load products into customer vehicles.
• Demonstrate awareness of and comply with loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
