About The Position

The Drive Thru Associate assists customers with online pickup purchases and drive-thru bulk loading, and also helps with warehouse duties. The role includes greeting and assisting customers in the BOPUS and drive-thru areas, processing purchases and payments, preparing ordered products for pickup, and handling a range of warehouse activities. Associates are expected to follow loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the BOPUS and drive-thru areas.
• Operate the cash register to scan and bag purchases and collect and process payments.
• Retrieve products customers ordered and prepare them for pickup as needed.
• Move freight to staging areas or shelves.
• Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors.
• Move palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from one pallet to another.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Load products into customer vehicles.
• Demonstrate awareness of and comply with loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
