About The Position
This role involves performing drive-by inspections of mortgaged properties to document their occupancy status and physical condition. Mortgage companies and banks are legally required to maintain this documentation. As a Property Inspector, you will visit physical properties, take specific photos, and determine if the property is occupied or vacant. You will then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app, rating it as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answering multiple-choice questions about its condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities
