About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Contractors are required by law to document the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. As a Property Inspector, you will visit physical properties to take specific photos and determine if the property is occupied or vacant. You will then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app. This role involves determining occupancy status, rating the property's condition (Good, Fair, or Poor), taking photos with a smartphone, filling out a form via a downloadable app, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition. This is a great job for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber Drivers, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Pizza delivery.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
