About The Position

The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers. The specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. The role also involves ensuring accurate and timely job deliverables, executing service delivery, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• STEM background or 10+ years of direct related drilling fluids experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.
