About The Position

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Drill/Router Operator who will be responsible for following established procedures operating the Drilling/Cutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the operator will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6+) months of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Math skills in Algebra and Geometry
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment
• At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec).
• Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO)
• Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues
• Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc.
• Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications.
• Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications.
• Perform bar counting and visual inspections.
• Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed.
• Maintain equipment and machinery clean.
• Complete documentation and records.
• Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times
