Requirements
- Familiar with OSHA regulations
- Ability to work well with others
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma (GED) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following company and OSHA safety rules and regulations, understanding machine safeguards, recognizing and reporting safety hazards, and wearing require PPE.
- Perform various types of press operations, or other manual tasks by hand per verbal work instructions to produce quality parts while maintaining productivity standards.
- Inspect product for quality using go/no-go gauge and/or visual inspections.
- Inform supervision of any production or quality problems.
- Maintain minimum standard rate
- Report accurate count of production parts, scrap, and labor hours by completing required paperwork.
- Keep work area in clean and orderly condition, complying with established 6S standards.
- Cross-train by rotating to different machines and work areas as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
