About The Position

Love Justice International (LJI) is a Christian nonprofit organization that fights human trafficking and cares for orphaned and abandoned children. LJI operates 15 family homes for orphaned and abandoned children in South Asia, with a school in Nepal focused on inspiring students to become independent thinkers, problem solvers, and difference makers through excellent education. The Dream School Intern will experience life at the Dream School and serve in various capacities within and outside the classroom. This role requires an energetic, passionate, and flexible educator willing to serve wherever needed.

Requirements

• Mature Christian faith
• At least two years of undergraduate study
• Classroom teaching experience
• Flexibility in ever-changing work environments
• Strong self-starting initiative with minimal oversight
• Previous experience working with children
• Teachable spirit and willingness to learn from others

Nice To Haves

• Candidates pursuing a degree in education highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Substitute teach as needed in Dream School classrooms
• Help create and implement new after school club programs
• Update and edit current documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the School Administrator and/or Internship Program Coordinator
