The Drawing Handler is responsible to remove from finisher drawing frames all full cans of drawing and store them in their designated areas. Bring empty cans back to the finisher drawing frames to re-use. The Drawing Handler will move all full cans of finisher drawing from the drawing frames to the area designated by the shift supervisor using a transport truck, move all empty cans from the manufacturing floor to the finisher drawing frames or an area designated by the shift supervisor using a transport truck, keep all full cans of drawing and empty cans aligned and neat all the time, use the proper lifting procedures for loading or unloading the transport truck all the time, and maintain housekeeping in the prescribed area. Perform any other general duties as deemed necessary by the shift manager. The associate will also be responsible to: Arrive early enough to store all their personal items in their assigned locker. Food items may be stored in the refrigerator outside the break area. Punch in no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of their assigned shift and no later than 5 minutes prior to the beginning of their assigned shift and punch out no earlier than the shift will end. Attend the pre-shift safety meeting scheduled to start 5 minutes prior to the beginning of their assigned shift. Wear their assigned PPE in the designated areas and when performing specific task throughout the shift. Follow all safety rules to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you. Report to their assigned work area and begin work immediately following the pre-shift safety/information meeting. Continue to work in their assigned work area until relieved by the associate from the following shift assigned to their job.
