About The Position
This position hangs birds onto the processing line and removes the guts from inside the birds. The worker rotates between drawer and hanger duties, correctly hanging birds on the line and pulling the guts from inside each bird while working safely and following Tyson’s policies and procedures. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with some Fridays.
