Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Drawer Fabricator II to join their team in Princeton, MN. Since 1947, Crystal Cabinet Works has been a custom cabinet manufacturer located in central Minnesota, recognized for the exceptional value built into every cabinet. They sell their cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. The Drawer Fabricator II is responsible for performing all functions of a Drawer Fabricator I, plus a wide variety of other processes in the fabrication of cabinet drawers.

Requirements

Performs all of the functions of the Drawer Fabricator I.
Operates chop saws.
Operates dovetailers.
Prepares drawer components for assembly.
Assembles drawers.
Sands and drills drawers.
Attaches drawer guides, stiffeners, and file bars.
Inspects drawers for flaws or defects.
Ensures all accessories are included with drawers.

Responsibilities

Reviews paperwork, prioritizes work and assures that drawers as well as parts are consistent with paperwork.
Sets up and operates chop saws to cut drawer fronts, sides and backs.
Sets up and operates dovetailers.
Sets up drawer fronts, sides and backs in preparation for assembly.
Glues and assembles drawers as well as puts through press.
Sands and drills drawers as needed.
Assembles drawers including stapling bottoms, attaching drawer guides, attaching stiffeners, file bars, etc.
Inspects drawers for flaws or defects and takes defective drawers to the Drawer Administrator.
Assures all accessories are with drawers i.e., spice rack, cutlery tray, etc. and takes drawers to appropriate area upon completion.
