About The Position

This position involves operating assigned draw press machines according to production schedules and work instructions. The operator will be responsible for loading raw materials, monitoring machine cycles, and inspecting finished parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards. Routine machine checks, basic preventative maintenance, and reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns are also key aspects of the role. Accurate record-keeping and maintaining a clean work area are expected, along with adherence to all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is essential to meet daily goals.

Requirements

Ability to operate assigned draw press machines.
Proficiency in loading raw materials and monitoring machine cycles.
Skill in inspecting finished parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.
Capability to perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance.
Ability to report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly.
