Requirements

Must be Draw certified
Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow checklist
Troubleshooting skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities while working in an irregular work environment with changing priorities and multiple tasks.
Must have the ability to function independently with minimal supervision and with strong attention to detail and follow up/completion of assigned action items.
Must maintain certification and function as Fibermaking MT on shift.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
12hr rotating shift schedule, overtime required as needed.
Must be certified as a Draw PA
Must not be on a level 2 discipline

Responsibilities

Performing Weekly Galileo, OTD, Flaw detector and lasermike certifications/calibrations.
Change FTD belt, cleaning FTD cutter, and ensure ppu misters and cutters are working.
Perform reboots on equipment.
Perform other Level 1 troubleshooting tasks as documented in training.
Perform general maintenance tasks on the Draw tower.
Act as communications hub for the team, relaying troubleshooting needs to the Tech Team.
Identify chronic issues with equipment and escalate to Tech Team.
Continue functioning as a Fibermaking MT.
