Requirements

2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
GED or High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations
Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Responsibilities

Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and provide accurate service reports
Respond to drain service calls and resolve clogs and backups
Use jetters, snakes, and camera equipment with confidence
Perform drain maintenance and cleaning to keep water and waste lines flowing properly
Work independently and efficiently to meet daily goals
Maintain tools, equipment, service vehicle, and a professional appearance
Document work, collect payments, and ensure accurate records are kept
Assist customers with preventive maintenance solutions to reduce future issues
Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
