Requirements
- Proven experience as a Drain Cleaning Technician
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in crawl spaces or confined areas
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning services in residential environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drainage and minor plumbing issues
- Recommend solutions to prevent future clogs or backups
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job
