About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Advisor to help homeowners solve drain and sewer issues through permanent pipe rehabilitation solutions including epoxy coating and CIPP lining. This is a consultative, lead-provided sales role with strong income potential.

Requirements

• In-home sales experience preferred
• Experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Customer-first approach
• Driven and results-focused
• Comfortable with evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis
• Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions
• Present Good / Better / Best solutions
• Close same-day sales whenever possible
• Build trust and urgency using visuals
• Offer financing options
• Maintain high close rates on provided leads
• Work with drain technicians for smooth handoffs
• Communicate job scope with installation teams
• Enter estimates and notes in ServiceTitan
• Follow up on open estimates
