Requirements
- Experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains, sewers, and pipes in homes and businesses.
- Use drain snakes, augers, hydro-jetting machines, and video inspection cameras.
- Perform preventive maintenance and recommend solutions to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their plumbing issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
- Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to emergency calls (with additional pay).
