About The Position

The dragline operator will safely and efficiently extract various materials at our aggregate plant. This role promotes safe work practices and an excellent safety culture, and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment. The operator will complete daily inspections and maintenance checklists, participate in pre-shift safety huddles, and perform routine maintenance and various equipment repairs as needed. Responsibilities also include reporting incidents and accidents to supervisor or management, maintaining open communication with team members for productivity, and reporting potential safety hazards. The role requires adherence to all MSHA regulations and guidelines, including taking MSHA upon hire and annually.

Able to operate equipment efficiently
Ability to perform tasks as given from supervisors as well as work as part of a team
Adaptable to changing conditions
Mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance and repairs

Responsibilities
